As the Human Resources Director (HRD), you’ll be the architect of our HR strategy, driving initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring that our people are at the heart of our success.

Key Responsibilities:
— Develop and execute a strategic HR roadmap that aligns with OMNIC’s business objectives and supports our growth and expansion plans
— Lead all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development
— Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and translate them into actionable HR strategies and initiatives
— Drive recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives to position OMNIC as an employer of choice
— Cultivate a culture of learning and development, implementing programs and initiatives that support employee growth and career advancement
— Foster strong employee relations and engagement, championing initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace
— Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards and best practices
— Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, proactively identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues

Qualifications:
— 5 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within the technology or automation industry
— Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations, with a track record of successfully implementing HR programs and initiatives
— Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
— Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
— Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
— Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus
