Serving his first 10 years in the US Army Infantry and the remainder as a Special Forces Communications Sergeant and Team Sergeant, Locke draws on his ability to operate in austere conditions to plan and lead effective responses in the most difficult areas of the world.  Locke discovered his purpose in 2019 when responding to Hurricane Dorian with his now-wife, Britnie Turner. The couple saw how effective the military skill set was in these familiar environments and moved forward with transforming Aerial Recovery to be a veteran-powered non-profit. Locke has since led recovery & rescue operations as well as trainings in more than 20 nations.  Locke has a passion for helping his fellow veterans find their purpose again, which led to Aerial Recovery establishing the Heal the Heroes Initiative.
This initiative repurposes over 100 veterans and first responders every year into Humanitarian Special Operators who lead this life-saving work across the world.

When enabling the VPN, changing the location on the VPN, or disabling it does not work as expected, continue with the rest of the fixes. The Windows Firewall protects your computer from viruses by blocking programs and apps from untrusted sources. In some cases, it can also affect the functioning of everyday apps like Telegram. Therefore, it is imperative to ensure that the Firewall doesn't block Telegram. You can do this by whitelisting Telegram in your Firewall settings. To do that, follow these steps: Open the Windows Control Panel. Go to Windows Defender Firewall. Click on Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall. Windows Defender Firewall Settings in Windows 10 Control Panel Check the Public and Private boxes for the Telegram app in the list. You may need to manually add Telegram if it isn't there already. To do that, click on Change settings in the Allowed apps window. Click on Allow another app... and copy the path to the folder where Telegram is installed, or browse to it. Then click Add. Don't forget to check the Public and Private boxes after adding the app to the list of allowed apps.
