-Take a few intentional deep breaths
-Identify & label the emotions (this is sadness)
-Acknowledge & accept that it's there
-Make Dua or Zikr
-Remind yourself the reality of this world,everything is impermanent,including difficult emotions
-Tense & relax parts of your body that feel tight
-Get curious.
Ask yourself:What do I need now?What caused me to feel this way?
-Let it go
