A turntablist extreme plunderphonics mix by Gyorgy Ono, presented at Boundary Condition .05 in IKLECTIK Art Lab. An amalgamation of primal musique concrete, anti-ambient, and percussive non-music.

Gyorgy Ono is a Georgian artist whose work explores fragmentation through a spice of occult exotica, from spoken word, hissy cassette experiments, and slithery snake rhythms amongst blissfully delinquent ambiences. His acts of sonic recycling recontextualize borrowed sounds, fabricating their new purpose and infusing life into the archaic.

Seventh edition of the program “Music for the End of the World” invites the musician Natalia Salmina, known as Ataraime. In her music she is bringing together fragile folk, warm ambient, soundscape noise and jazzy downtempo.

In this show, Ataraime has collected music that serves as inspiration for her work, balancing on the edge of indie pop and experimental ambient. Perhaps this is the most diverse issue in terms of genres in our cycle: dream-pop and Soviet psychedelia, piano sketches and anti-rock coexist with each other. The fragile and at the same time bold combination of diverse musical practices brings us back to the original essence of the mixtape — the transfer of personal experience: an artifact of everyday life and listening.

In commemoration of the Land Day listen to the latest Sarab episode by Toufan 5.Hertz, a trio of Rim Harrabi, Dion Monti and Saif Fradj, which stands as a heartfelt tribute to the martyrs and the enduring collective dreams that persist despite the atrocities of colonialism and neocolonialism in their most insidious forms.

This mix is a sonic ballad, weaving through the memories of both known and unknown heroes, embracing the dreams that nourish the souls of those who resist on this land and the martyred souls who await elsewhere.

In this mix, Glint samples and curates moments of melodrama from original film scores. The result is a poetic stream of consciousness that considers loss, belonging, and intimacy.

A recording of the audiovisual quadrophonic iteration of Avalanche film by Carlos Casas with Cerpintxt, presented at Boundary Condition .06 in IKLECTIK Art Lab.

Avalanche is a multiformat work, an expanded ethnographic research, and film, based on the millenary spiritual richness of the Pamir region and its journey to oblivion. An audiovisual meditation on disappearance, and time as well as the unstoppable avalanche of civilisation. The project is presented always as a live editing and live soundtrack environment, in collaboration with local musicians from each of the regions and cities it has been presented.
