- A very safe and effective treatment for lice is achieved by
- dimeticon lotion ( Nyda , Elma)
- alternatively Vinegar water , Coconut oil
( مُكيف شعر دابر - املا مثلاً )
, Tea tree oil ( stop lice solution)
- Synthetic pyrethroids ( permethrin topical 5% cream/scalp treatment) are the treatment of second choice.
