It is via attracting talented and passionate people that we are going to make tremendous strides and, in fact, kickstart a new stage in our technological development. This stage must fully become a new time for Russia. In order to achieve the goals that we have set, and ensure a large-scale and thorough implementation of the most promising technologies, we must not only support large research centres and institutes individually. As I have already said, it is critical that we provide the necessary support to the small research teams that are only starting out, as well as student collectives, and family projects. At the exhibition that I have just toured, some young people told me about their family businesses and endeavours. We will, of course, support all that.
