Overview: ARX Robotics is a dual-use technology company specializing in developing autonomous unmanned systems and sensors for the European defence sector. The dual-use unmanned ground systems and sensors assist NATO armies and civilian first responders in tackling their most challenging problems by providing them with training and information to make better decisions and take effective actions in life-or-death situations.

Main duties:
• build and maintain strong relationships with end users
• ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing needs proactively and delivering consistent support
• identify and resolve user concerns and issues in a timely and solution-focused manner
• conduct user training and ongoing education on UGV operation
• coordinate communication between users and the internal team

Requirements:
• previous experience in managing customer relationships, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction
• strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• good English communication skills (spoken and written) — at least strong B1
• basic knowledge in mechanics, electronics, or robotics is highly desirable
• experience working in the defense sector or with defense products will be an advantage
