Overview: the international non-profit organization Management Sciences for Health (MSH) implementing in Ukraine the USAID-supported Safe, Affordable and Effective Medicines for Ukrainians Activity (SAFEMed), is looking for a Technical Advisor, Pharmaceutical Governance.

Main duties:
• provide and analyze data related to the medicine pricing policy, and its expansion
• support policy creation concerning medicines listing and pricing approaches
• project management and stakeholder engagement
• coordinate and contribute to international, national and hospital HTA
• regularly prepare periodic project highlights

Requirements:
• university degree in medicine, public health or life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, (health) economics
• at least 5 years of work experience in healthcare service delivery and life sciences, with the familiarity of pharmaceutical policies in Ukraine
• documented experience in pharmaceutical sector strengthening in Ukraine
• fluency in both English and Ukrainian languages required

Conditions:
• full-time position
• work in Kyiv
