Main duties:
1. Regional Mission Support (60%) :
• performs all financial reviews, assessments, informal desk audits
• prepares draft reports to document findings from pre-award surveys
• сonducts formal and informal training for local partners
• consults with Implementers and other partners to develop or strengthen financial, operational and personnel policies
2. Audit Management and Resolution (20%) :
• maintains comprehensive and complete files for audit / pre-award / financial reviews for all Mission related activities
• develops the Mission’s inventory and annual audit plan and the local recipients contracted audit programs
• assists in the review of audit reports received from across Mission Offices
3. Federal Managers’ Financial Integrity Act (20%) :
• sets up the milestones for the annual FMFIA review
• documents all pertinent aspects of MCRIC deliberations

Requirements:
• Education: possession of a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
• Work Experience: a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in professional accounting, financial management, and/or auditing
• Language Proficiency: fluent (Level IV) English and native fluency in Ukrainian in speaking, reading, and writing

Conditions:
• full-time (40 hours)
• work in Kyiv, Ukraine
• 5-year period of performance with possibility of extension
• market value: Basic Annual Rate (in U.S. Dollars): $43,147 - $56,088
