🧑‍💼 Senior Program Assistant (Political Parties Program)
to National Democratic Institute

Main duties:
• assist in planning and implementation of program activities with political parties
• follow and provide updates on the political situation in the country
• contribute to monitoring and evaluation of program activities
• provide oral and written translation at events
• provide logistical arrangements for organizing program events

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Affairs, Public Administration, or a related subject
• ability to demonstrate a keen interest in government reforms and political processes
• experience working to promote inclusion, especially of women and other marginalized communities is desirable
• language fluency in Ukrainian and English
• excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Programs, Google Suite)
• work experience in a related field and an understanding of the political and civic landscape in Ukraine will be an advantage

Conditions:
• full-time (40-hour per week work schedule)
• position is based in Kyiv, Ukraine
• healthcare insurance coverage is available from the first day of employment
