📑 Grant Coordinator
to Ukrainian-Danish Youth House
Overview: The Ukrainian-Danish Youth House is a platform for young people from Ukraine and Denmark that supports youth participation, democracy, and creativity.
Main duties:
• coordinate the grant process from application to report
• communicate with applicants, grantees, and partners
• prepare and instruct assessors and selection committee
• prepare monitoring visits and follow-up communication with grantees
Requirements:
• completed master’s degree in law, financial management, or similar
• minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions
• experience with full-cycle project or grant management
• knowledge of Ukrainian civil society and the funding landscape
• strong command of written and spoken Ukrainian and English
• experience working with youth engagement/youth development is an asset
Conditions:
• workspace based in Kyiv
• a 1-year full-time position with the possibility of prolongation
• salary starting from 900 EUR/month (net)
• 24 days of paid vacation per year and health insurance
