🔆 Duke method

Principle::

Standard puncture is made time of bleeding is measure until bleeding stops


🔆procedure? ?

🔸message the ear lobe until being warm

🔸sterile ear with alcohol

🔸using sterile lancet and make deep puncture

🔸start stop watch when blood appear

🔸blot by filter paper every drop

🔸time of bleeding is measure from starting until stop ‼

معناها اولا بعمل دلك للازن الي ان تصبح دافئه ‼اعقم بالكحول ثم اطعن طعنه عميقه بواسطه lancet ‼ثم ابدا بتشغيل ساعه الايقاف عندما يظهر نقاط الدم بعد زلك استخدم filter paper وامسح كل نقطه الي ان يتوقف الدم ‼بعد زلك اقرا زمن وقوف الدم

🔆 Normal range .... 1-4 minutes

نفس الطريقه الاولي فقط باختلاف اداه الطعن ‼بدل lancent حااستخدم اداه تسمي templete bleeding device ميزه هزه الاداه ‼انو عندها length and depth محددين

في الفحص يجب مراعاه الاتي ::

🔸patients not give asprin or any drug like warfarin ..heparin ..

✴clotting time ::

The time taken for blood to clot mainly reflect the time required for generation of thrombin



🔆method

🔸place 2or 4 tubes in water bath
🔸clean the site of collection
🔸withdrawn 4ml of blood
🔸pour 1ml in each tube
🔸examine the clot time by stop watch

كيف اعرف انو clot is formed ???

Inverted the tube up side down the blood should not split from class


بمعني انو بكون عندي 4 تيوبات او اتنين بضعهم في water bath بسحب عينه من الدم وبوزعها بالتساوي في التيوب وبحسب الزمن لتكون clot بواسطه stop watch كيف اعرف انو اتكونت clot ‼بقلب التيوب او بضعها عكسي بلاحظ تجلط الدم ... بحسب الزمن لكل التيوب وبحسب متوسط للزمن

🔆 normal range ....... 4-10
