Из важного для нас, олимов: компания хоть и небольшая, но интернациональная, штат раскидан по всему миру, люди привыкли к митингам на английском, а значит все очень толерантны к отсутствию знания иврита.

Job Title: Senior Node.js Backend Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Node.js Backend Developer to join our team.
As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend solutions using Node.js.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient backend services that power our applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js development, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience building reliable software solutions.
We are mostly working remotely, with 1-2 days per week at the office.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
2. Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Architect and implement efficient and reusable code for optimal performance.
4. Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of backend systems.
5. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other potential issues.
6. Participate in maintenance and development of DevOps pipelines.
7. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with a focus on Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with server-side frameworks such as Express.js.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in database technologies like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with embedded concepts and programming.
