Humanitarian project EMDR-HELP provides free psychological support to everyone affected by the tragic events in Israel after 7.10.

EMDR is an effective therapy method for reducing stress reactions such as anxiety, panic, flashbacks, and it is recommended by World Health Organization for working with PTSD.

The project is organized by the international team of Russian- and English-speaking psychotherapists, members of EMDR Russia (part of EMDR Europe). All the project participants are trained in EMDR and have experience in trauma work.

We offer:
1) Weekly online group meetings (in Russian, more info: https://hottg.com/help_emdr)

2) Individual online sessions with EMDR therapists (1 to 3 sessions) in English or Hebrew.

These meetings are not a classical therapy, they are aimed at working with the current situation, to reduce stress and anxiety and to increase resilience.
