Reading food labels is a habit you all must develop and hone!!

We buy so many products every month, which comes from factories. You will be astonished to see what ingredients go into these products, once u start reading the food label.

Here are a few simple ways to understand what a label means
1️⃣The first ingredient on the list is what the product is mostly made up of. If u can't identify the ingredients listed, don't buy the product!!

2️⃣ Product ingredients are listed by quantity- from highest to lowest. This means the first ingredient is what the manufacturer used the most of.

3️⃣If the first ingredient include refined grains, sugar, hydrogenated oils, you can assume that the product is unhealthy

4️⃣If the ingredient list is way too long that means too many ingredients that means too much of processing

5️⃣Don't get fooled by the front label like "Sugar-free" , "High protein" "immunity booster" and take a look at the nutrition label to know the reality

If staying healthy and eating good nourishing food is on ur mind then understanding the food label has to be the first step
