Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Develop dynamic websites with advanced features such as user authentication, e-commerce functionality, user-generated content, and real-time data updates.
Integrate databases to store and manage dynamic content, user information, and transactions securely.
Customise and extend existing CMS platforms or develop custom CMS solutions as needed.
Design and develop custom modules, plugins, or applications to meet specific client requirements.
Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and security of websites through effective coding practices and testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver innovative solutions.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our web development processes and capabilities.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in both frontend and backend development.
Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including frameworks like React or Angular).
Strong backend development skills with expertise in server-side scripting languages like PHP, Python, or Ruby.
Experience with database design, implementation, and optimization using SQL or NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla(not mandatory)) and frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Django) for web development.
Solid understanding of web security principles, performance optimization techniques, and version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
