You all might have seen the message from Official Corvus Community that development for POCO is on hold until further updates.

Why did this happen?

Because some YT channels and blogs used monetised or url with ads to share download link for roms and didn't provide proper credits to Corvus Team.

Since I have started my channel, I have always provided direct Sourceforge links and Telegram group of respective Rom community in the description of my videos instead of any other Custom Url (You can check the description of any video) that's the reason my videos or my channel is safe from all these copyright stuff.

Monetising own video is more than enough but still some bois wanna be millionaire so they use link shortners and I don't want to talk about them.

Second thing mentioned in the message from Corvus Community is that Roms are being judged on the basis of third party apps and PUBG and users constantly spam developers regarding the same.

I don't think that including PUBG or Benchmarks in my videos is a major issue as it only provides the idea about performance of device on that specific rom but Yes, spamming the developers for this reason is not good. You can talk about it in any group related to gaming if you need any help or info or any YT discussion group, Official support groups or Developers are not meant to answer such queries.

What will happen now?

Updates stopped till further notice, no idea when we're gonna recieve the next update of Corvus OS.

Also, I have seen some messages that are edited and have included the link of my channel too with the message from Corvus Community So if you notice any such message kindly ask the sender to remove it and forward the message from Official Corvus Community as I have not received any mails or message for Corvus regarding any of my videos neither my channel is linked in the Official message.
