HDR Enhanced as default

All lenses set: bright and clean pictures, extra dynamic range and low power consumption of processing

Payload processing changelog: expanded dynamic range, additional wavelet levels, fine spatial levels, possibility of going up to 1/3s shutter speed, enabled matting (portrait), moved from E4 curves etc

App configuration changelog: activated colorsatparams fix provided in V11, disabled lens shading via c2api for all lenses, cut max astro frames to 600, enabled GPU boost for matting (portrait), 60fps constant viewfinder etc

To all those who want portrait mode: tick 'portrait_availability' string in dev and reload the app

To all those who want aux lenses: erase it's ID from blacklist

To all those who pissed of refocusing in 60fps recording: tap and hold viewfinder to lock AF, tap again to unlock
