We’re Hiring: Support Partner
Our Support Department is looking for a dedicated Support Partner to join our team and work on a rotating shift schedule. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our clients receive top-tier support and guidance while using our products and services.
🕐 Shift Hours:
• 07:00–16:00 or 11:00–20:00
• 5 days a week
Fridays and Saturdays – mandatory (remote work from home)
The other 3 working days – from our office in Raanana
You will have 2 days off during the week.
❗️Residence: Must live relatively close to Raanana.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide Client Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with professionalism, clarity, and empathy.
• Resolve Issues: Collaborate with our R&D teams to investigate and solve technical challenges.
• Build Product Expertise: Learn our systems inside and out to provide effective support.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep our support resources (FAQs, guides) accurate and up to date.
• Collect Feedback: Share client insights to help improve our services and user experience.
What You Bring:
• Experience in Support: Background in customer support or helpdesk roles – must!
• Strong Communication: Clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented communicator.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL and the ability to learn complex software quickly – must!
• Multitasking Ability: Well-organized, with strong time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Russian.
• Sports Enthusiast: A passion for football (soccer) is a great plus!
