Few things for better sleep👇
1️⃣ Avoid caffeine after 3pm
2️⃣ Avoid intense cardio exercise right before bed,as this will energize you!!
3️⃣Avoid eating large meals,keep a gap of minimum 2hrs between dinner&bed time
4️⃣Get into a routine of getting up& going to bed at fixed time every day
5️⃣Avoid any kind of screen 30min-1hr prior to bed time
