If at any time during the Term of the Competition, the performance in whole or in part by RMPL any obligation is prevented or delayed by reason of causes which are beyond the reasonable control of RMPL or its Partners and Affiliates due to a Force Majeure Event, RMPL shall be entitled to suspend the performance of its obligations pursuant to these Terms and Conditions for so long as the Force Majeure Event continues. Performance under the Terms and Conditions shall be resumed as soon as practicable after the Force Majeure Event has come to an end. However, if the Force Majeure Event prevents RMPL from carrying on its obligations under this Terms and Conditions for a continuous period of 60 [sixty] days, RMPL shall have the right to suspend or terminate this Competition.
The Participant(s) shall ensure that they will not directly or indirectly engage in the acceptance or giving of bribery, gifts, commissions, or favours in any form in order to ensure their selection in any phase of the Competition. The Participant(s) shall be disqualified upon discovery of such act or knowledge of such act at any stage of the Competition.
RMPL may, at any time, at its discretion, cancel the Competition, change these Terms & Conditions, the rules and/or the Prize mentioned herein, without prior notice, and the Participant(s) acknowledge that such change shall be binding upon them.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
In the event any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are deemed as illegal or unenforceable under the provisions of any applicable law in force in India, the remaining clauses under these Terms and Conditions shall continue to remain and have full force and effect unless such illegality and unenforceability violates the very basis of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be read in conjunction with all such other policies, rules, regulations, and terms of use referred to herein or may be prescribed by RMPL and such all other policies, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or may be prescribed by RMPL.
The Participant grants RMPL and their Partners irrevocable consent in perpetuity to the use their name, photographs, and videotapes taken during the on-ground trials, in any and all applications including but not limited to advertising, commercials, promotion, stories, text, articles and commercial exploitation, in any and all media forms, including but not limited to radio, broadcast and television, newspapers and magazines at any time without the Participant(s) further knowledge or consent.
The Participant(s) acknowledge that RMPL hereby reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change the provisions of these terms and conditions, the benefits and rewards arising from the Terms and Conditions at any time as determined appropriate by RMPL, without the prior notification to the Participants.
RMPL reserves the right to terminate, suspend, modify or extend this Competition, and its Terms and Conditions, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason whatsoever. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, decisions of RMPL shall be final, binding and irrevocable.
