The Participant(s) hereby confirm that in the event that the Participant(s) may, subject to receipt of prior written intimation from RMPL, be required to enter the bio-security bubble for the performance of their obligations envisaged under these Terms and Conditions. Additionally, the Participant(s) shall at all times and under all circumstances ensure compliance with the prescribed health and safety standards to mitigate the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic including the ‘Health and Safety Protocols’ as notified by the BCCI which may be updated and amended from time to time.
RMPL will endeavour to ensure the availability of services provided by its Partners but will not be liable for any loss arising from the failure by RMPL and its Partners to provide services.
RMPL shall not responsible nor be liable to indemnify for mishap, injury, accident, untoward incident, physical harm of any nature, death, loss of life or limb, any loss or damage or expense of any kind whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, caused to the Participant(s), nominee, companion, or any persons associated with them, resulting from the Competition, termination, suspension or change to the Competition, or to any of the facilities, benefits or arrangements which are made available to Participants, including, without limitation, Partners' withdrawal or the withdrawal or limiting of any services, benefits or facilities available under the Competition, whether such loss, damage or expense is caused by negligence or otherwise, and whether RMPL, its Partners and Affiliates have any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
Reasonable care has been taken to ensure that information contained in the Terms and Conditions and in any publications and advertisements in connection with the Competition is accurate, but RMPL will not accept any liability with respect to any errors or omissions in any information, whether written or verbal.
The Participant(s) hereby represent and warrant that they will comply with all the Rules associated with the Competition including but not limited to the Terms & Conditions mentioned herein and associated with the Prize, and that the Participants shall personally be liable for any breach thereto.
Employees of RMPL, their Partners and their Affiliates shall not be permitted to be a part of the Competition, and will not be qualified to be a part of the Competition or win the Prize as aforementioned.
Registration on the CH App does not guarantee the selection or participation of the Participant(s) at any stage. Selection shall remain at the sole discretion of RMPL, venue and availability of time. The Participant(s) waive all rights to question the selection process of any of the Participants at any point of time.

Despite its best endeavours, it is possible that some of the information could meanwhile have become outdated and shall not include live-time updates at all times.
