The Participant(s) shall be required to sign such undertaking or declarations pertaining to the above, as may be required by RMPL from time to time.
The decision of RMPL in relation to the Competition including but not limited to shortlisting of the Participant(s) will be final and binding and is non-contestable. The selection process shall be the sole and absolute discretion of RMPL as per their prerogative. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of RMPL shall be final and binding on all concerned. RMPL reserves the right to replace any Participant at its discretion.
The Participant(s) shall at all times shall keep confidential the selection process, all details regarding the Competition which they might be informed of or which they may have come to know of as a Participant in the Competition at any stage, and any other confidential communication received from RMPL for the duration of the Term. The Participant(s) shall not communicate to any third person or the media or give any interviews on their participation in the Contest or potential participation in the Competition without the prior written consent of RMPL during the Term. Violation of this clause shall immediately disqualify the participant’s prospects of further participation.
The Participant shall procure the written consent of RMPL before giving any interviews pertaining to the Competition, after the Competition has concluded, at any point of time.
The Participant(s) confirm that the Video Entries submitted by the Participants shall not be obscene, vulgar, defaming, denigrating any person or children, hurting religious sentiments, depicting violence or against the public policy of India or/and the internal policies of RMPL.
The Participant(s) will not share any communication directly or indirectly on any platform for the duration of the Term without securing the prior written consent of RMPL.
The Participant(s) hereby agree and confirm that they are not under any exclusive or other contracts whereby their participation or selection, as per requirements stipulated by RMPL, maybe jeopardized.
The Participant(s) shall not share the RMPL logo or the RR Team logo in any communication to any party or on any platform without seeking the prior written consent of RMPL at any point of time.
The elimination of the Participant(s) and/or the decisions made by Coaches, Judges, RMPL, and/or the Partners shall be final and binding and in no event shall the viewer(s)/Participant(s) dispute the decision made by the Coaches, Judges, RMPL, and/or Partners.
Without limitation of the foregoing, in no event will the Shortlisted Participant(s) be entitled to, and the Shortlisted Participant(s) shall waive any right to, enjoin, restrain or interfere with the use and exploitation of such content as permitted hereunder or the exploitation of any of the Licensed Entities' rights hereunder.
The Participant confirms that he/she is an adult, a resident of India, and is entitled to enter into a valid agreement. The Participant acknowledges that he/she has voluntarily chosen at his/her free will and own wish to participate in the Competition and is willing to bear all risk, costs & consequences arising from such participation in the Competition.
The Participant represents that he/she has not been accused or convicted or is otherwise involved in any criminal offence and/or is not under inquiry or trial by the police or judiciary which has not been disclosed to RMPL in writing. That the Participant is not required to be present before any authority including policy or any court of law for a term of twelve (12) months from the date of application and has no other disability which would prevent his/her participation in the Competition (if selected).
The Participant(s) confirm that they do not have any medical, physical, and/or psychological condition which may jeopardize their eligibility and availability for participating in the Competition.
