Participant(s) are responsible for the security of their accounts as well as any log-in IDs, passwords and responses to security questions used on any of RMPL’s platforms or Partner platforms and shall ensure that these details are not disclosed by them whether intentionally or not, so as to allow any third person to access their account in any manner. RMPL or their Partners and Affiliates will not be responsible for any loss of Participant Data due to compromise of Participant’s password, registered e-mail or mobile number, electronic device or any other physical or electronic form which is beyond the control of RMPL or their Partners and Affiliates.
The Participant gives RMPL and their Partners and Affiliates, their consent and permission to send out communications to the Participant about RMPL’s products and services, offers and promotions, events, research, news or any other communication related to RMPL and their products and services through phone, SMS, written communication, email, WhatsApp, any social media platforms or any other legal means, from time to time.
In an effort to provide valuable offers to Participants, RMPL develops mailing lists / contacting lists for use by themselves, their Partners and Affiliates, and any other entities engaged with RMPL’s consent during and after the completion of the Competition. These lists are based on information and consent provided by the Participant at the time of enrolment which shall be shared with RMPL, its Partners and its Affiliates on a need-to-know basis. These lists are developed under strict conditions designed to safeguard the privacy of the Participant’s information. Participants may be contacted on the e-mail address / mobile number / landline phone numbers / WhatsApp number provided based on their consent given at the time of enrolment or as updated at a later date. If Participants do not wish to receive marketing messages, they may update their communication preferences through the RR Team’s platforms/ Partner platforms or by reaching out to RMPL on RR Team’s available social media handles. Moreover, Participants can review how Participant Data is used by reviewing RMPL’s Privacy Policy available on the RR Team’s website.
As part of providing value-added services to Participants, RMPL in collaboration with its Partners reserves the right to communicate and send certain special offers/product information to Participants based on their profile as recorded in their account.
Consent to receive such offers will be deemed as given, until such time that the Participant withdraws consent to receive mailers and offers from RMPL and its various Partners by opting out of the relevant preferences.
All Participant(s) shall be required to receive communication relating to transactional and service activities including but not limited to purchase updates, account status, loyalty program statements, etc.
RMPL reserves the right to disclose any and all information in a Participant's account, without any prior intimation to the Participant, if such disclosure is required by law, including but not limited to disclosures to the police, immigration and customs authorities.
The Participant(s) will use equipment provided by RMPL’s technical Partner, which will collect user data (“User Data”) of “User” i.e., the participant using the equipment while capturing the accuracy of the movements of the Participant(s) in the course of the Competition. RMPL reserves the right to usage of the User Data collected by the equipment utilized by the Participant(s) as a part of the Competition as Users. The User Data shall remain the sole and exclusive property of RMPL. By registering on the CH App, the Participants agree to the usage and storage of any User Data that shall be collected by the equipment provided by the technical Partner and shall assign their rights in relation to the User Data to RMPL.
