By submitting the video, the Participant confirms that all necessary licenses and permissions required for the utilization of the Video Entry for the purpose of participation have been secured by the Participant(s) in accordance with the existing Terms and Conditions and applicable laws without any recourse to RMPL.
The Video Entries submitted by the Participant(s) shall be reviewed by RMPL and the Participant(s) whose entries shall be selected by RMPL, shall be adjudged as the “Shortlisted Participant” for the next phase of the Competition. A total of 20,000 (twenty thousand) Shortlisted Participants shall be eligible for participation in the next phase of the Competition subject to the Terms and Conditions as may be decided by RMPL.
RMPL reserves the discretion to determine the correctness, quality, validity, aptitude, and appropriateness of the entries/content in their sole discretion based on the entries/content. The selection process may vary and shall be conducted as per RMPL’s sole discretion. The Participant(s)or any third party shall have no right to question the process of selection followed by RMPL.
Second Phase – On-Ground Trials (“Second Phase”)
The Second Phase shall commence from January 20, 2022 or on such other date (“Start Date for the Second Phase”) as shall be determined by RMPL and shall conclude two weeks from the Start Date for the Second Phase, or on such other date as shall be determined by RMPL (“End Date for the Second Phase”).
RMPL shall notify the Shortlisted Participants of the First Phase with regard to their successful shortlisting by means of email, SMS, WhatsApp, and the CH App before the Start Date of the Second Phase. RMPL holds sole discretion for determining the mode of communication of the shortlisting process. A unique QR code shall be sent to each Shortlisted Participant, with the help of which each Shortlisted Participant shall be able to choose their preferred city for attending the trials. The Shortlisted Participant shall have to submit their preferred city for trial within 72 (seventy-two) hours after receiving the unique QR Code.
The Second Phase on-ground trials shall be conducted in 6 cities in India. RMPL’s broadcasting Partner shall be present at the selected locations in order to shoot the on-ground trials for the first two episodes of the Competition. The participants will receive periodic updates from RMPL about the cities wherein the trials shall take place. The selection of the cities for on-ground trials and any change in the location of the trials shall be at the sole discretion of RMPL.
RMPL shall bring on board a team of coaches ("Coaches”) in order to assess the performance of the Shortlisted Participants. RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the number of coaches who shall be appointed. The Coaches shall proceed to shortlist 30-40 players (15-20 players each for the men’s side and the women’s side) from the Shortlisted Participants, who shall hereon be referred to as “Third Phase Participants”.
RMPL shall announce the Third Phase Participants before the End Date of the Second Phase or such other date as may be indicated by RMPL, who shall be informed via any mode as may be deemed appropriate by RMPL at its discretion. The remaining Participants shall be permitted to re-apply for the next season of the Competition.
Phase 3 – Nagpur Academy (“Third Phase”)
The Third Phase shall commence from February 10, 2022, or on such other date (“Start Date for the Third Phase”) as shall be determined by RMPL and shall end three weeks from the Start Date for the Second Phase or on such other date (“End Date for the Second Phase”) as shall be determined by RMPL.
All the Third Phase Participants shall have to reside at the RR Team’s academy at Nagpur, Maharashtra, or such other location as determined by RMPL, where the selected Participants shall reside and train together.
