They have expressed their consent with regard to any videos and audios featuring the Participant (including the videos submitted by the Participant as a part of the registration process, and any videos which have been shot by RMPL and their partners with regard to the filming and promotion of the competition), being used by RMPL and their partners in any manner as RMPL may deem fit.
The Participant(s) confirm that they have fulfilled the criteria set out below
The Participant is above 18 years of age;
The Participant is a resident of India and needs to submit his/her Aadhar card to provide proof of residence;
The Participant has not participated in any national-level cricket competition, including but not limited to representing any state team in games such as Ranji Trophy, Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, etc.
The Participant(s) shall upload 2(two) videos of 30(thirty) seconds each of the respective Participant playing cricket by using a leather ball in accordance with the preferred playing style chosen by the Participant.
The Competition shall take place in 4(four) phases, whereas each phase shall have its timelines and elimination process, on the basis of which Participants shall be shortlisted for selection and entry in the next phase of participation. Subsequently, 2 (two) final Participants selected shall thereafter become eligible for Prize (defined later). The participation mechanism in relation to the Competition shall be strictly adhered to including all the timelines and criteria mentioned herein or as may be mentioned from time to time on the respective participation platform or website as deemed fit by RMPL. Any entries received after the timelines of the Competition or not adhering to the criteria and terms and conditions shall be considered ineligible for the Competition. The decision of RMPL shall be final and binding at all times.
The Competition shall be conducted in accordance with the phases and timelines provided below
Phase I - Call for Entries (“First Phase”)
The First Phase shall commence from the date of launch for call for entries or such other date as shall be determined by RMPL (“Start Date for the First Phase”) and shall conclude after three weeks from the Start Date for the First Phase or on such other date as shall be determined by RMPL (“End Date for the First Phase”).
Participant(s) willing to participate in the Competition may proceed to submit and register their application through the portal created on the CH App.
Participant(s) will be required to submit their name, age, gender, phone number, email, city, and state in addition to selecting their preferred playing style (batter, and bowler) in the CH App before proceeding to accept the Terms and Conditions provided, and opting for selection updates via WhatsApp, basis the contact details the Participant(s) have shared. The Participant(s) agree and undertake that all personal information, provided by them at the time of registration is true, correct, and accurate After accepting and submitting the aforementioned requirements and details, Participant(s) may proceed to submit two videos showcasing their skills in accordance with the specification provided below. Sample videos will also be uploaded by RMPL to provide a reference to the Participants
The Participant(s) will receive a message confirming the successful submission of their application via the CH app, email, short message service and WhatsApp once they have successfully submitted their application.
Each video entry (” Video Entry”) submitted by the Participant(s) shall not exceed 30 seconds. This Video Entry shall be valid from the Start Date for the First Phase and shall end on the End Date for First Phase. The Video Entries submitted by the Participant(s) shall be original work created by the Participant(s) and the Video Entry shall in no manner infringe any rights including intellectual property rights, including without limitation, the copyright of a third person/party and shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions provided.
