TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read the following Terms and Conditions before participating in the Competition conducted by Royal Multisport Private Limited and/or CricHeroes Private Limited. By voluntarily registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements set out herein below:
Cricket Ka Ticket (hereinafter defined as “Competition”) is a cricket-based competition that is being organized by Royal Multisport Private Limited (hereinafter defined as “RMPL”). RMPL owns and operates the Rajasthan Royals Twenty20 cricket team (“RR Team”) in the Indian Premier League (“IPL”). Any reference to RMPL shall include its affiliates, associated entities, shareholders, directors, staff and employees. RMPL has entered into partnerships with multiple entities for rendering multiple services in relation to the Competition, who shall hereinafter be referred to as “Partners”. “Affiliates” shall mean, with respect to RMPL, any entity controlling, controlled by or under common control with RMPL.
The Competition is a cricket-based talent hunt competition which is being organized by RMPL and is intended to promote grassroots cricketing and also provide a platform to amateur cricket players to showcase their cricketing skills. The registration process for the Competition will be conducted by RMPL in conjunction with CricHeroes Private Limited (“CH”), on the portal hosted by CH and shall be accessed through the CH Application (“CH App”).
Each individual registering for the Competition will be referred to as “Participant”, (collectively referred to as “Participant(s)”) in the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) provided herein. By registering on the portal hosted by CH for the Competition, the Participant(s) hereby confirm that they have read all the Terms and Conditions provided and have expressed their consent with regard to usage of the data submitted by the Participant(s) (“Participant Data”) and have agreed to perform the obligations which have been listed herein in the Terms and Conditions, which may be subject to change as per the discretion of RMPL.
The Participant(s) acknowledge and understand that RMPL, will always be bound by and will be subject to the rules/regulations/ directives/ decisions of IPL/Board for Control of Cricket in India (“BCCI”)/ International Cricket Council (“ICC”) and/or any other concerned cricket governing body and/or any court/arbitrator/tribunal orders, rules/decisions/directives of the government and quasi-governmental bodies. Thus, these Terms and Conditions and the performance of the obligations of the Participant(s) and RMPL pursuant to these terms shall be subject to the rules/regulations/ directives/ decisions of IPL/ BCCI/ ICC.
The Participant(s) understand that the Competition requires the Participant(s) to participate and compete in various tasks as they may be instructed by RMPL from time to time during the Competition. RMPL shall have the sole discretion to determine the tasks that will be a part of the Competition.
The Competition shall commence on the date of launch for the call of entries for the Competition and shall conclude on such date and time as shall be decided by RMPL (“Competition Period”). The term of these Terms and Conditions shall be applicable from the date of launch for the call of entries for the Competition, till the date on which the last episode of the Competition shall be broadcast on all platforms (“Term”).
All Participants have confirmed by registering on the portal that:
If shortlisted, they will be available to be a part of the Competition for the duration of the Competition Period, of their own volition, and
