We’re Hiring: Support Partner (Shift Work)

Our Support Department is looking for a dedicated Support Partner to join our team and work on a rotating shift schedule. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our clients receive top-tier support and guidance when using our products and services.

🕐 Shift Hours:
• 07:00–16:00 or 11:00–20:00
• 5 days a week, including Friday and Saturday (Saturday shifts are remote)

What You’ll Do:
Provide Client Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with professionalism, clarity, and empathy.
Resolve Issues: Collaborate with our R&D teams to investigate and solve technical challenges.
Build Product Expertise: Learn our systems inside and out to offer knowledgeable, effective support.
Maintain Documentation: Keep our support resources (FAQs, guides) up to date and useful.
Collect Feedback: Share client insights to help improve our services and user experience.

What You Bring:
Experience in Support: Background in customer support or helpdesk roles.
Strong Communication: Clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented communicator.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL and the ability to quickly learn complex software.
Multitasking Ability: Well-organized, with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Language Skills: Fluent in English. Russian is a strong plus.
Weekend Availability: Preference for candidates available on Saturdays.
Education: A bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications are a bonus, but not a must.
Sports Enthusiast: A passion for football (soccer) is a great advantage!
