- Synced with latest cherish source changes
- Switched FP to cheetah September
- Dropped SurfaceFlinger Cache by default
- Disabled hwc vds in surface flinger
- Disabled continuous transaction tracing on all build types
- Increased audio HAL buffer size to 240
- Added brightness ramp rate
- Increased adm buffering time to 12ms
- CTS passed by default
- Misc small improvements and bug fixes
