We are hiring for multiple positions at Swaayatt Robots (स्वायत्त रोबोट्स) to solve the Level-5 #autonomousdriving problem, even beyond the areas mentioned on our website.

- Mathematician [1 position] - PhD: Key role would be working at the intersection of applied mathematics and theoretical computer science, to unearth novel mathematical formulations to improve upon the existing deep learning / machine learning/ reinforcement learning models, with a goal of development of data-efficient learning, computationally efficient inference, reduced computational complexity of multi-agent negotiation frameworks, etc. (PhD)

- Motion Planning Research Engineer [1 position] - PhD: At Swaayatt, motion planning and decision making has been done under the umbrella of reinforcement or unsupervised learning, to negotiating complex traffic dynamics. This person is expected to be knowledgeable in several paradigms of motion planning, and be very mathematical or should have background in theoretical CS.

- Machine Learning Research Engineer [1 position] - PhD: Have deep foundational background in theoretical machine learning, statistics, reinforcement learning, and mathematical optimization, along with ability to solve typical non-differentiable (constrained-) convex optimization problems without requiring a solver.

- Computer Vision and Deep Learning Engineer [1]: Focusing on development of foundational deep learning models to solve autonomous driving and adas perception via unsupervised (60% focus), or semi-supervised (30%) fashion (30%), or supervised (10%) learning with stochastic labels.

- Motion Planning Engineer [1]: Focusing on development of motion planning and controls software, and work at the intersection of machine learning and motion planning with the R&D team.

- SLAM and Localization Engineer [1]: To scale up the existing pipelines and develop computationally efficient inference algorithmic frameworks for precise localization of autonomous vehicles and drones, for both inference and training pipelines.

- LiDAR Perception Engineer (Off-Roads Navigation) [1]: Primarily focusing on off-roads perception via unsupervised learning frameworks.
- Senior Mechanical Engineer (minimum 5 years of experience) [1]: Focusing on after-market products development for retrofit, and overseeing the development process in a capacity as a product manager.

- HR Manager: As we significantly increase our team size, we are looking to onboard an experience HR Manger in our team.

- Software Developer (C++ and Python) [3]
- Graphics Software Developer (C++, Python, and required programming expertise) [1]
- Data Administrator [1]
- System Administrator [1]
- Mechanical Engineer [1]
