Dear Aspirants,
- Last Year's Cut-Off: 75.
- Current Trend: Many students are reporting scores above 80 but could not clear CSAT.
- Expectation for 2024:Prepare for a potential cut-off above 80 - 85
- Advice: Do not assume the cut-off will remain around 70 or 75 as in previous year. Adjust your preparation accordingly.
- Students have Prepared CSAT well this year !!
Best regards.

Paradox of Thrift
● An economic paradox where an increase in autonomous saving leads to a decrease in aggregate demand, resulting in lower gross output and total saving.
- Narrow Perspective: Total saving may decrease due to individuals' attempts to increase their saving
- Broad Perspective: Increase in saving may be harmful to an economy overall, despite being beneficial for individuals
- Fallacy of Composition suggesting that what is true for parts may not hold true for the whole
- Stated : As early as 1714 in "The Fable of the Bees"
- Popularized by : John Maynard Keynes
● Impact : More saving leads to less spending, which can worsen a recession
