scrolled too far in my gallery, this was (january) your last text. i took a screenshot of it hoping i still have a piece of you forever. a piece of you that gives me warmth and comfort i’ve missed.

it is not you that i miss, i don’t think. it’s the idea of you i’ve molded into perfection. the idea we could be together but it’s never going to happen. i’ve fully accept it now.

i’m in much better place and i know you are as well.

i went out today and it was fun.

i also accidentally left my birkenstock dupe at the beach. kind of sad about that. it’s one of my favorite shoes, i wear it almost everyday. this was her last moment with me.

the weather was nice too.
