We highly appreciate your dedication on the matter of the Iranian female football fans being admitted to Iran’s football match in FIFA worldcup qualifiers against Cambodia on 10th October in Iran’s Azadi stadium. Today, history was made. All the football fans ought to be congratulated on this achievement.
Although a big step was taken, there are some concerns of which an esteemed football body such as FIFA needs to be aware.
Despite thousands of seats being vacant on the stands, many women football fans were not allowed entry and therefore they were stalled behind the gates.
We would like to ask for more strict monitoring and stronger regulations being relayed to the Iranian football authorities, so in future all football fans, without any discrimination of gender, can watch a football game in Iran.
Thank you for your dedication to the noble teaching of sports for everyone.
