Well, let me tell you something! Life can be a bit of a pickle when you don't lighten up and see the humor in things. Overthinking and taking everything seriously can make even the most straightforward situations feel like rocket science. So, chill out! It's not rocket science...unless, of course, you're an actual rocket scientist.

Growing up, I had always believed that everyone was good in their hearts, and that there was always some sort of goodness in every person. I made friends easily, trusted others without hesitation and always tried to see the good in everyone - no matter how small. However, as I grew older, I learned the hard way that not everyone is as good-hearted as they may seem.
I was a teenage boy when it happened, shattered to the core by someone I had trusted with my entire being. It was a friend, a person who had been by my side for years, and someone whom I had shared all my deepest secrets and concerns.
After that incident, I was heartbroken and swore that I would never trust anyone again. I became skeptical of everyone's intentions and motivations, and I withdrew from the world. I even started to think that maybe every single person had a secret agenda of their own, and that they were just waiting to betray me for their own sake.
But that was very long time ago. Since then, I have learned that not everyone is perfect, and that people make mistakes, regardless of their intentions or motivations. I have come to accept that people have their own priorities, their own weaknesses, and their own motivations, and that it is up to me to judge them based on their actions and not just their words.
But more than that, I have learned to focus on the positive. Not every person is going to be perfect, but that does not mean that they are not worthy of trust, friendship, and love. I have learned to take people for who they are, and to appreciate them for their good sides, even if they have flaws.
In the end, my experience has I'lltaught me that life is not black and white, and that people are not just either good or bad. Everyone is a mix of good and bad, and we all have to find a way to appreciate one another in spite of that. So, I no longer believe that everyone is good in their hearts, but neither do I believe that everyone is bad. I take people for who they are, and try my best to see the good in them, while being realistic about their flaws.
In this world, trust is hard to come by. But it is not impossible. It is up to us to give others the benefit of the doubt, while being wise enough to protect our own hearts from those who may seek to hurt us. Trust is a precious gift, and one that should be given with care. But it is also something that can make life all the more richer and meaningful, if we are willing to take a chance.

Hey there! Let's talk about the amazing event we celebrate on ፋሲካ, Jesus' resurrection from the dead! It's not just a cool story or an interesting historical fact, but it has some incredible benefits that still impact our lives today. In fact, Jesus' resurrection can actually help our mental health in some surprising ways!
First of all, Jesus' resurrection gives us hope. When Jesus died on the cross, his followers were devastated. They had put all their faith in him, and now he was gone. But when Jesus rose from the dead, it proved that death doesn't have the final say. It gives us optimism that even in the darkest moments, there is still the possibility for a brighter future. That kind of hope can be incredibly helpful for our mental health, it can help us stay positive and motivated, even when things seem bleak.
Secondly, the resurrection reminds us that we are loved. The fact that Jesus was willing to die for us, and then rise again to give us eternal life, shows us just how much we mean to him. We don't have to earn his love or perform perfectly to earn his approval, he loves us just as we are. That kind of unconditional love and acceptance can be really powerful for our mental health, it helps us feel secure and valued, even if we're struggling with anxiety, depression, or other challenges.
Thirdly, Jesus' resurrection shows us that God has power over everything. Death seems like the ultimate enemy, it's inevitable, scary, and impossible to avoid. But when Jesus rose from the dead, it proved that even death isn't too much for God to handle. That means that no matter what we're going through, nothing is beyond God's ability to heal. That comfort and reassurance can be incredibly helpful for our mental health when we're feeling overwhelmed, scared, or hopeless.
So there you have it, Jesus' resurrection isn't just an interesting story. It gives us hope, reminds us that we're loved, and shows us that God has power over everything.
Hallelujah 🙌
