so the next day i went to the branch to figure it out,and told them everything with an honest intention. they checked my account and apparently, they made a huge mistake by merging my account with another person's business account. we just share names. they didn't cross-check photos, signatures, or phone numbers, and they gave me permission to access his money. (if i had a mal intent i could use the money via the app… and more)
