Another thing we squander is our good health and the energy that we now have. Our senses, reflexes, energy level, and our youth is the best it will ever be, now. But what are we doing with it? Are we using it to worship, to serve our parents and families, to bettering ourselves, to seek knowledge, or to do something meaningful for the Ummah?
