Abel Tesfaye (26) Chief executive officer & lead designer of ባላ. He contributes in: Video Editing, Graphics Design, Product Photography & Content Development.

He has a BA in Business Management. He has worked as a Business Management lecturer at Mekane Yesus Management & Leadership School. He also has an experience as a graphics designer at Rehoboth Printing.

Abel works as the creative director and lead designer at ባላ. He has developed his skill set working as a photographer and video editor at ባላ. He also has much experience working with several non-profit organizations.

Abel’s exquisite simplistic touches in design, his project management skills and leadership quality are very valuable. In his leisure time Abel enjoys photography and music, he is also a very sociable person with a bright smile.

Abreham Amare (25) is the Chief operating officer and head of sales at ባላ. He contributes in; Strategy, Marketing, Sales & Operation Management.

He has a BSc in Geology and a BA in Marketing. He has worked as a copywriter at BrandET, he has a teaching experience at Ethiopia Arise and as Sales officer and Social media manager at BookWorld.

Abrham has developed a hands on experience as a creative writer, marketer, sales and customer service officer at ባላ.

Abrham’s well refined salesmanship and his top tier communication skills coupled with his attention to detail and in depth understanding of the business and entrepreneurial eco system is unrivaled. In his leisure time Abrham is a certified bookworm, he writes articles and loves documentaries about business tycoons.

Amen Assefa (24) is the Chief Creative & Marketing head of ባላ. He contributes in Creative Writing, Marketing, Strategy and Management.

He is a Turkish Government Scholar and has a BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Izmir, Turkey. He has multiple years of experience working as an English Lecturer in several language institutions in Turkey.

Amen works as a Chief Creative, Marketing Head and Social Media Manager at ባላ. He has also worked in several freelance and collaborative works in developing business strategies and managing projects.

Amen’s top tier writing, communication & organizational skills best suits him in the business eko system. In his leisure time Amen runs a blog, writes poetry and loves to read 20th century Russian literature.
